NPB: Hugin fixes and Precise packages

While building the packages it creates an additional executable called linefind. needs this file to generate a panorama and it’s now also included in the packages.

Since today nightly packages are also available for the upcoming Ubuntu Precise Pangolin (12.04LTS).
